Session 1: Learn to draw – Harry Potter themed
Monday 13th February: Learn to Draw – Harry Potter themed (including a free set of 4 assorted sketch pencils to take away after the session to practice new skills!) – Children will learn how to produce an observational drawing of a Harry Potter character using different sketching pencils
Session 2: Valentines Day Pop Art Style
Tuesday 14th February: Valentine’s Day Pop Art Style – we will learn about American Pop Art and Jim Dine (b 1935), famous for his heart paintings and make a Valentine picture
Session 3: van Gogh in Clay
Wednesday 15th February: van Gogh in Clay – we will make a clay tablet and carve it with a van Gogh inspired image, drawing on his wonderful colours and textures
Session 4: Street Art!
Thursday 16th February (morning): Street Art – we will learn about elusive street painter Banksy and create an artwork in his style
Session 4A NEW SESSION: Street Art!
Thursday 16th February (afternoon): Street Art – we will learn about elusive street painter Banksy and create an artwork in his style
Age: Suitable for children aged 5-13
Time and Place: 10.00 am -1.00 pm save for Session 4A which is 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm. All sessions at the KidsArt! Studio
Cost: £35 per session per child payable on booking
Consent: Booking implies consent to use of your child’s photo and art work on the KidsArt! website and facebook page unless (in the case of your child’s photo) you stipulate otherwise when booking
Cancellation policy: We are unable to refund but you may send another child not already booked in your child’s place.
