Session 1: Monday, 17th February – Polar Bears!

Monday, 17th February:  How to draw a Polar Bear, and exciting techniques with paint! How much do you know about these beautiful endangered animals?

Session 2: Tuesday, 18th February – Pop Art!

Tuesday, 18th February:  Pop Art sprang up in the 1950s, a reaction to 2nd World War austerity – an art movement dedicated to bright colours and fun – to tie in with major Andy Warhol exhibition opening at Tate Modern in March link here 


Session 3: Wednesday, 19th February – Monet Sunsets

Wednesday, 19th February:  Claude Monet was a trail-blazing 19th century artist who shook the art world with his revolutionary paintings – Learn to paint like an Impressionist and create a beautiful landscape at sunset

Session 4: Thursday, 20th February – Van Gogh!

Thursday, 20th February:  Tragic van Gogh created some of the best loved art in the Western world – learn about his life and create a beautiful painting in his style!

Session 5: Friday 21st February – Still Life Trainers!

Still life and rhythmFriday, 21st February:  Still life – Bring your Trainers! We will draw them, learn still life techniques, and create rhythmic patterns in the background! 


Age:  suitable for children aged 4 – 12  Time:  10.00am – 1.00pm

Who’s teaching:  Experienced KidsArt! tutors

                       Consent:  Booking implies consent to use of your child’s art work on the KidsArt! website and facebook page

Cancellation policy:  We are unable to refund but you may send another child not already booked in your child’s place
