KidsArt! Parties
How old and how many: KidsArt! parties are suitable for children from ages 5 to 14, max 20 children.
Where: In your home, a venue of your choice or a KidsArt! studio.
What we do: Standard party package is 1.5hrs plus 30 mins for tea. We provide all art materials but not party tea. We can theme the party as you wish, using the media you wish. The children will create 1 artwork with tuition (it’s not a free play with paint).
Party food: You’re welcome to bring party food to be served after the artwork has been completed. Please bring all plates, crockery, etc. – cooking facilities are not available at our studios.
How much and when payable: Priced £20 per child if children work on good quality A3 art paper, plus studio hire (£30 per hour for Finchley studio; other studios, priced on request). Extra £5 per child if children work with clay or extra £10 per child if children work on canvass. The fee is payable as to 50% on booking and the balance 1 week before the party. Please note that we cannot refund unused places after full payment. Minimum 8 children.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled on more than 4 weeks notice, 50% refund if cancelled on 2 weeks notice (in each case less studio hire if disbursed). No refund if cancelled on less than 2 weeks notice.
Party Leader: KidsArt! trained, vetted, experienced and approved.
Please note: Aprons are not provided as standard, we ask parents to request guests to attend in old clothes, but we can quote for aprons if you wish. If the party is in your home KidsArt! will not be responsible or accountable for damage to soft furnishings, wall paper, tables, chairs, floors or other surfaces etc. caused by paints or other art materials which we use.
