KidsArt! Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how KidsArt! uses and protects information that you give us when you use this website. This policy is effective from 1st December 2016 and is up-dated with effect from 25 May 2018 to reflect our compliance with the GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation).

Information you provide

You may provide us with information relating to the following:

  • name and contact information, including e-mail and postal address
  • name(s), age(s) and gender of kids attending classes/holiday programmes
  • further personal information/special requests, etc. relating to you and/or your children, including dietary or other medical needs and requirements  
  • payment details when you use the KidsArt! Store.

What we do with the information we gather

We will use this information for the purposes of confirming your bookings on classes/holiday programmes, doing our utmost to ensure that your and your child’s special needs and requirements are met, and responding to KidsArt! Store orders. We may also use your child’s photo and copies of his or her art works on the KidsArt! website and facebook page unless (in the case of your child’s photo) you stipulate otherwise at time of booking.

We will also enter your contact details for the purposes of future web and email newsletters, art exhibition reviews, etc. with full clear opt-out/unsubscribe facility.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will not pass your information to any third party without your consent (unless we are required by law to do so).

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website and we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites.
